Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JobSend platform and website (the “Service”). JobSend is provided by Roque Ventures Corp. and Current Ventures LLC (“JobSend,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

JobSend gives plumbing, HVAC, and restoration companies an AI-staffed office. Our AI agents answer and record your business phone calls, transcribe them, screen urgency, create jobs, dispatch to your declared on-call crew, and send SMS updates — with a live dashboard showing every call, transcript, and job. Additional AI agents (quoting, invoicing, and bookkeeping) roll out into your account over time as they become available. JobSend is a software and technology provider only — we are not a party to the plumbing, HVAC, or restoration work performed by your business, and we do not provide field services ourselves.

2. Beta & trial phase

JobSend is under active development. Features may change, and some described capabilities are still rolling out. New accounts get a 14-day free trial — no credit card required — signed up with Google. During and after the trial the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis (see § 10); we work to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation while the product is in this phase. Paid billing (via Stripe) is coming; when it launches, we will tell you before any card is charged.

3. Eligibility

The Service is for businesses. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, are authorized to act for the company you register, and hold the licenses, registrations, and insurance required to perform the work your business dispatches through the Service. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion.

4. Your account

You sign up and sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the security of the Google account you use to sign in, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may invite team members; you remain responsible for their use of the Service.

5. Your data stays yours

Your business owns the customer records, call transcripts, jobs, and other data your account creates or receives through the Service. We use it only to operate and improve the Service for you (see our Privacy Policy) and do not sell it. If you close your account, contact us at chris@jobsend.co to request export or deletion of your data.

6. Your dispatch operation

JobSend answers, records, screens, and dispatches calls to the on-call crew and team members you declare on your account. You are solely responsible for the work your business accepts and performs, including quality, scheduling, pricing, licensing, permitting, and compliance with applicable law — including any law in your jurisdiction requiring you to disclose to your callers that calls are answered and recorded by an AI agent (see our Privacy Policy). JobSend does not guarantee any particular call volume, dispatch outcome, or business result.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
  • Do not misuse customer or job information accessed through the Service, or use it for any purpose other than operating your business and completing your jobs.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent billing, interfere with the Service, or access it without authorization.
  • Do not send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service.

8. Communications

We send transactional emails about your account, calls, and dispatches. We send text messages only to numbers whose owner has agreed to receive them; the SMS terms in § 9 apply to every JobSend text.

9. SMS terms

These terms cover every text message JobSend sends.

  • Program and sender: JobSend text messages, sent by JobSend. JobSend is provided by Roque Ventures Corp. and Current Ventures LLC.
  • What you get: if you ask for a JobSend trial and tick the consent box, texts about your trial and JobSend’s services. If your business uses JobSend, the account and dispatch texts it sends to you and to the crew members you add, such as new-job and dispatch alerts.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email chris@jobsend.co.
  • Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • How we handle your number: see our Privacy Policy. Your mobile number and consent are never shared for marketing.

If you add a crew member’s number to your account, you confirm that they have agreed to receive JobSend’s dispatch texts. You can see our sign-up form and its exact consent wording on the SMS Terms & Opt-In page.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, particularly during this beta/trial phase of the product.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roque Ventures Corp. and Current Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CA$100), or the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim if we have begun billing your account.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roque Ventures Corp. and Current Ventures LLC and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, the work your business performs, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time, including at the end of your free trial. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
