Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how JobSend (“JobSend,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the JobSend platform and website (the “Service”). JobSend is provided by Roque Ventures Corp. and Current Ventures LLC. JobSend gives plumbing, HVAC, and restoration companies an AI-staffed office — AI agents that answer and record your business phone calls, transcribe them, screen urgency, create jobs, dispatch to your on-call crew, send SMS updates, and (as they roll out) quote, invoice, and keep your books — plus a live dashboard to run and review it all.
Who we are
JobSend is provided by Roque Ventures Corp. and Current Ventures LLC, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us at chris@jobsend.co.
Information we collect
- Account information — when you sign up with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account.
- Business information — your business name, trade, service area, on-call crew roster, and mobile phone number.
- Customer records — the customer names, contact details, addresses, and job history your business enters or that our AI agents create on your behalf.
- Call recordings & transcripts — when our AI receptionist answers a call on your behalf, we record the call and generate a transcript and summary. This includes the caller’s contact details, the reported issue, the address, and the job’s status as it moves through dispatch, confirmation, and resolution — the records that populate your dashboard.
- SMS messages — text messages sent through or in connection with the Service, between you, your customers, and our AI agents.
- Payment information — the Service does not currently charge for use during the free trial. When paid billing launches, subscriptions will be billed by our payment processor, Stripe; we will not collect or store full payment card numbers ourselves.
- Usage & device information — pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and similar analytics collected automatically as you use the Service.
How we use your information
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
- Answer, record, transcribe, screen, dispatch, confirm, and escalate calls on your behalf, and generate the call transcripts, summaries, and job records that appear on your dashboard.
- Send transactional messages (SMS and email) about your account, calls, and jobs.
- Respond to your requests and provide support.
- Measure, understand, and improve the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
Where your data lives
Your account, customer records, and call/transcript data are stored on Supabase, running on cloud infrastructure located in the United States. Data may also transit or be processed by the third-party providers listed below.
Third-party service providers
We use trusted vendors to run the Service. They process information only on our behalf, for the purposes below:
- Google — sign-in and account authentication.
- Twilio — telephony: placing and receiving calls, and sending SMS.
- ElevenLabs — the voice AI that powers our AI receptionist's spoken conversation.
- OpenAI and Anthropic — classify and summarize call transcripts and job details so your dashboard can act on them.
- Stripe — payment processing, once paid billing launches.
- Supabase — our database, storage, and authentication infrastructure.
- Vercel — hosting for this website.
Each provider gets only the information it needs for its job and handles it under its own privacy policy. We use them within their published policies, including Twilio’s Messaging Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
Call recording — your responsibility to your callers
Our AI receptionist answers and records calls to your business line and generates transcripts of those calls. Laws on disclosing call recording to callers vary by location — many require notice (for example, a spoken disclosure at the start of the call) or two-party consent. You are responsible for configuring and using the Service in a way that complies with the call-recording and consent laws that apply to your business and the people who call you. Contact us at chris@jobsend.co if you have questions about your account’s call-disclosure settings.
How we share information
- Within your own company — call, customer, and job information is shared with the on-call crew and team members you add to your account, so they can respond to and complete the work. We do not share it with any other company.
- With service providers — the vendors listed above, strictly to run the Service.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages and your mobile number
We text a number only after its owner agrees. On our website, that is the consent box on a JobSend form, which is never ticked for you; you can see it on our SMS Terms & Opt-In page. For the crew members a business adds to JobSend, the business confirms each one has agreed to receive its dispatch texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or reply HELP for help. The full SMS terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The service providers above handle your number only to deliver our calls and texts.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the Service and our marketing pages perform. Our marketing pages use a Google advertising tag to measure ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Service works.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices & rights
You may review and update your account information, opt out of non-essential text messages, and request access to, export of, or deletion of your data by emailing chris@jobsend.co. We will act on deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, subject to any legal retention obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
